Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. Orders typically show tracking updates within 4–6 hours of dispatch.
Because your order requires a signature and contains temperature-sensitive product, the carrier will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the order is held at the nearest depot for 48 hours. If uncollected, it is returned to us and we will reship at no extra cost.
Address changes can be made up to 12 hours after your order is placed. After that, the order moves into compounding and cannot be redirected. Contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to change your address.
International orders are shipped with full commercial documentation including your prescription details. Customs clearance timelines vary by country. We cannot be held responsible for customs delays but our support team can assist with documentation if required.
Do not use the product. Take photos of the packaging and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement shipment at no charge. All orders are covered by our delivery guarantee.
Overnight and next-day delivery options are available for US customers at an additional cost. International express upgrades are available on request. Contact our support team before placing your order to arrange expedited shipping.
